Receives requests for emergency and non-emergency Emergency Medical Service by radio, telephone and other means. Questions callers to elicit necessary information to determine location, nature, and reason for request. Determines appropriate resource response and relays information needed by responders. Coordinates with other Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) for appropriate response of other emergency and non-emergency agencies. Maintains contact with field responders and assigns appropriate resources to requests for service. Uses PC based systems to track all calls for service and resource responses. Manages equipment sign in and out logs. Relays critical and non-critical information and other requests to operations and management personnel.

The Test Technician position supports the Island Components Production Operations, and is responsible to conduct all acceptance testing of production hardware for use on commercial, military and space applications. He/She will be responsible for the collection and storage of data related to the test process. He/She will be expected to keep test equipment running at full potential to meet production schedule. The Test Technician should have the ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervisory guidance on multiple products while working in a dynamic result-oriented environment.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, the senior RVDT engineer responsibilities include extracting design information from internal, customer, and industry specifications in order to apply product guidelines for part sizing, performance predictions, creating designs, and approving design changes. Role will include new product development, product improvements, creating and testing mockup hardware for performance verification, and contributing to the creation of new product guidelines. This position requires close collaboration with customer, supplier, operations / manufacturing, and internal research and development resources.

An Engineer is an entry level position with an objective of gaining experience through applying standard engineering techniques and practices in support of fellow Senior or Principle Engineers. This includes design of mechanical and electrical systems, performing failure analyses, testing and validation of proposed solutions, writing and executing test procedures or reports, project management, amongst many others. Through these activities the Engineer will work as a member of a cross functional team and be required to manage portions of specific project deliverables.
The senior technician must be capable of assembling and/or testing a variety of electro-mechanical-hydraulic products to aerospace standards while meeting customer quality and on‐time delivery schedules. He/she shall actively contribute to lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs. The ability to work autonomously with minimum supervisory guidance is required.
The Senior Engineer is responsible for creating a viable design solution in response to customer requirements for products such as Valves, Solenoid Operated Valves, Solenoids and Flame Arrestors. This person will be the technical lead of the design throughout the New Product Development Process. The Senior Engineer may also act as the project manager; which includes generation of the project plan, allocating tasks, setting milestones and communicating status updates with both internal and external customers. This person must be skilled at working in a team environment and mentoring team members as necessary.
